The Tax Manager is critical in leading and executing processes within the finance function, adhering to generally accepted accounting principles, and maintaining controls over business transactions. This position is responsible for, but not limited to maintaining tax compliance, analyzing, reconciling, and preparing journal entries for ASC 740, managing Xeris’ daily treasury function, supporting SEC reporting, and adhering, documenting, and implementing internal controls. This position is responsible for leading the execution of Analytical characterization methods for pharmaceutical formulation, process, and method development activities. The Associate Director, Analytical Development manages individual Analytical staff members on a day-to-day basis and works with Product Development and Technical Operations team members in support of method development, method transfer, method validation, stability data generation, data summary and trend analysis. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Principal Scientist, Analytical Development to lead characterization work with a specific focus on monoclonal antibodies (mAb) and large molecules. The Associate Principal Scientist, Analytical Development will work very closely with Formulation and Product Development team members in support of product development and characterization work. This role will also provide support in drafting test methods, routine analysis, SOP’s and general laboratory maintenance and operation. The Associate Principal Scientist also assists the CMC department in Quality by Design aspects related to developing the Quality Technical Product Profile and associated workstreams.
This position will be responsible for helping develop analytical solutions to complex challenges. Working within the Commercial Operations team, the data analyst intern will help in gathering requirements, creating analytics, and presenting findings that enable impactful decision making across all aspects of the organization. This paid internship will be on-site 5 days a week.
The Social Media Intern is responsible for assisting Xeris’ Social Media Manager with the development and execution of Xeris’ day-to-day social media presence for the Xeris corporate and commercial product portfolio. The Social Media Intern will also assist with the planning and execution of Xeris’ influencer advisory board event, which will be held at the end of July, 2024. Day-to-day tasks may include, but are not limited to, content creation and scheduling, monitoring comments and direct messages, and submitting social media posts for review, as well as seeing those posts through to MLR Review and Approval for posting. This paid internship will be on-site 5 days a week.
The Regional Medical Affairs internship will provide a broad understanding of the various roles and responsibilities within Regional Medical Affairs, including hands-on experience, real-world project exposure, training, and development opportunities. The summer intern will have the opportunity for participating and supporting various internal processes and activities in the Medical Affairs Department across all our currently approved and investigational products under the supervision of the Regional Medical Affairs Director- Midwest. The role will serve as an opportunity to assist, participate, and contribute as a medical and scientific liaison working in partnership with the Medical team. This paid internship will be on-site 5 days a week.

The Patient Access Manager II is a non-sales regional, field-based position that will work directly with patients, families and their provider to address barriers, through information and education, to patient starting on therapy and staying on therapy, if appropriate. You will play a crucial role in directly overseeing and optimizing our digital media marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for managing a group of channel managers, each specializing in paid social, paid search, email marketing, and SEO. This role requires high collaboration across not just the marketing team, but also Medical, Legal and Regulatory to ensure all marketing campaigns meet FDA compliance guidelines.
