The Manager/Senior Manager, Specialty Pharmacy plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing specialty pharmacy strategies that ensure timely, efficient, and equitable patient access to Xeris’ rare disease therapies. This position will serve as the primary liaison between the company and our specialty pharmacy provider, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize channel performance, monitor adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and enhance the overall patient and provider experience.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000. Final determination of base salary offered will depend on several factors relevant to the position, including but not limited to candidate skills, experience, education, market location, and business need. This role will include eligibility for bonus and equity. The total compensation package will also include additional elements such as multiple paid time off benefits, various health insurance options, retirement benefits and more.
