As an expert in the areas of preformulation and formulation development studies, drug delivery technologies, and product development, this position will be responsible for providing guidance, oversight, and mentoring to a team of scientists. This role will anticipate potential developmental challenges and implement mitigation strategies to reduce program risk.
The Territory Business Representative (TBR) is responsible for the achievement of commercial objectives in the assigned territory in alignment with Xeris’ corporate goals. Reporting to the Regional Business Director (RBD), the TBR will participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical territory and account level business plans in order to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.
The Senior Director, Trade & Market Access is responsible for the execution of market access and trade strategies that increase patient access and drive business growth. This position will collaborate with senior leadership to design, develop, and implement Xeris’ trade and market access strategies. The position will also manage Xeris’ Strategic Trade, Long-term Care, and Market Access teams.
