The Patient Access Manager I works in a highly visible and collaborative environment, working with specialty pharmacies, and HCPs. The Patient Access Manager I, will manage a caseload and work within a pre-determined process to help patients gain and maintain access to Xeris’ prescribed therapies. The Patient Access Manager I, is accountable for providing exceptional service at all touch points and must anticipate and address challenges while understanding the time-sensitivity of each case. This role will develop and maintain relationships with patients and providers supporting therapy adherence.
The Assoc. Director, Quality Assurance is responsible for the coordination of the Quality Management (SQM) Program and is a hands-on role providing support for all aspects of Quality Assurance for clinical and commercial products. The Assoc. Director will work with the unit and technical operations departments to maintain and improve the overall SQM strategy, including developing clear mission and vision for SQM and priority setting. The individual will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a standardized approach to SQM including global policies, procedures, quality agreements, forms and templates and supplier performance metrics that are compliant with all applicable international regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, EU and ISO).

The Manager, Supply Chain and Planning is responsible for the distribution of all goods in support of the company’s commercial and pipeline products, product serialization, and state pharmacy licensing and will take an active role in supporting global production planning and inventory management. This role is responsible for managing 3rd party logistics providers, wholesale distributors, and specialty pharmacies and reconciling Xeris inventory across multiple contract manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing vendors/sites. Directly responsible for inventory management activities, forecasting, and purchasing. Will lead S&OP activities and develop, track, and report monthly metrics.
The Senior Director, Market Access & Trade is responsible for the execution of market access and trade strategies that increase patient access and drive business growth. This position will collaborate with senior leadership to design, develop, and implement Xeris’ trade and market access strategies. The position will also manage Xeris’ Strategic Trade, Long-term Care, and Market Access teams.
