The Manager, Regional Medical Affairs Operations will lead the effort to identify and operationalize systems, programs, and processes that enable efficient and compliant operations for Regional Medical Affairs. This role will closely collaborate with Manager, Medical Operations, members of the Regional Medical Affairs Team, and key cross-functional stakeholders vested in operational excellence. This role is accountable for implementation and execution of operational capabilities in partnership with the Regional Medical Affairs team, including identified key projects, events, and program team initiatives.

Working Conditions: Position may require periodic evening and weekend work, as necessary to fulfill obligations. Infrequent overnight travel may occur. Travel required 10%. This is a hybrid role based in Xeris’ Chicago office and a minimum of three days per week in the office is required. On-site requirement may be changed at management’s discretion.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $180,000. Final determination of base salary offered will depend on several factors relevant to the position, including but not limited to candidate skills, experience, education, market location, and business need. This role will include eligibility for bonus and equity. The total compensation package will also include additional elements such as multiple paid time off benefits, various health insurance options, retirement benefits and more.
