The Patient Services Associate is a critical role within Patient Services, responsible for ongoing management of functions that enable the Xeris sales force to be successful. This role will be the initial point of contact for all Recorlev and Keveyis Referrals, and will support the Patient Access and Sales teams ensure referrals are processed in a timely manner through the specialty pharmacy.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• A minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry preferred
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, including both private and government payer landscape
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended (“HIPAA”) and understanding of compliance activities/policies needed to comply with the Act
• Competencies: Attention to Detail, Project Management, Organizational skills, Independent Judgement, Teamwork/Collaboration, Professionalism and Discretion, Interpersonal skills, Written and Verbal Communication skills
Working Conditions Position may require periodic evening and weekend work, as necessary to fulfill obligations. Requires approximately 10% travel, including some overnight commitments. This is a hybrid position based in Xeris’ Chicago office and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. On-site requirement may change at management’s discretion.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $80,000. Final determination of base salary offered will depend on several factors relevant to the position, including but not limited to candidate skills, experience, education, market location, and business need. This role will include eligibility for bonus and equity. The total compensation package will also include additional elements such as multiple paid time off benefits, various health insurance options, retirement benefits and more.
