The Associate Director, Specialty Pharmacy Operations will lead the operational strategy and execution of specialty pharmacy services in support of the company’s rare disease franchise. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and overseeing efficient, compliant, and patient-centric processes that support seamless interactions between the company, specialty pharmacies, and internal/external stakeholders. The Associate Director will manage a team including Patient Services Associates and a Senior Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and high-quality patient support delivery.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $230,000. Final determination of base salary offered will depend on several factors relevant to the position, including but not limited to candidate skills, experience, education, market location, and business need. This role will include eligibility for bonus and equity. The total compensation package will also include additional elements such as multiple paid time off benefits, various health insurance options, retirement benefits and more.
