The Territory Business Representative (TBR) is responsible for the achievement of commercial objectives in the assigned territory in alignment with Xeris’ corporate goals. Reporting to the Regional Business Director (RBD), the TBR will participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical territory and account level business plans in order to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80K to $130K. Final determination of base salary offered will depend on several factors relevant to the position, including but not limited to candidate skills, experience, education, market location, and business need. The total compensation package for this position may include additional elements such as bonus eligibility, equity, multiple paid time off benefits, various health insurance options, retirement benefits and more.
